With the announcement this afternoon of our Alert Level increasing to Three and then Level Four in by 11.59PM on Wednesday night, you're not alone if you have felt a rush of panic or overwhelm at the uncertainty of it all.

This afternoon, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced the whole of New Zealand will go into Alert Level 4 lockdown from midnight on Wednesday.

Since then we have been receiving many questions from RNZ National listeners about what how Alert Level 3 and Alert Level 4 will affect our daily lives.
