With the announcement this afternoon of our alert level increasing to three, and then Level Four by 11.59pm on Wednesday, you're not alone if you have felt a rush of panic or overwhelm at the uncertainty of it all.

Health advocates say it's normal to experience a range of emotions right now and during the weeks ahead.
