How music can help you get back your mojo

If you’re feeling a bit stuck in a rut after five weeks trapped in one place, music therapist Kirsten Nelson may be able to help you get your mojo back. Kirsten works with children in an Iowa hospital, helping them recover from operations and cope with their pain using music to get them slowly from feeling in pain and anxious, to engaged and positive about their recovery.
