Govt plans pothole fix fund, but no pothole fix target

The government is planning to hike the cost of car regos by 50 dollars over the next two years. It'll help pay for roads, while funding for public transport, cycling and walking is going to be cut. Finance Minister Nicola Willis told Nathan Rarere they're also looking at a 12 cent fuel tax rise - but not just yet.
