Committment to phase out fossil fuels gone from COP28 agreement
There's been frustration at the UN Climate Summit in Dubai, after a commitment to phase out fossil fuels was cut from the final draft of the agreement. Negotiations continued through the night at COP 28, with many countries saying they won't sign a 'death certificate' for small island nations.
