Grant Robertson reflects on All Blacks' Rugby World Cup loss

Yesterday the All Blacks lost a dramatic Rugby World Cup final to South Africa, going down by just a point in Paris. The Springboks won 12 - 11, and become the first team to win the World Cup four times. Departing All Blacks coach, Ian Foster, hopes New Zealand is proud of the team's performance, despite coming up short. He says they did everything they could. And the government's congratulating the All Blacks on their effort. Prime Minister, Chris Hipkins, says it was incredible to see the team bounce back from the tough opening game against France, and set the tournament alight.
