EU: Belarus has called on Russia and Ukraine to negotiate

Belarus has called on Russia and Ukraine to negotiate an end to the conflict as it is now come to a stalemate. Belarussian leader Alexander Lukashenko who is an ally of Russian president Vladimir Putin describe the state of the conflict as head-to-head, to the death, and entrenched. He said that there are enough problems on both sides and that the situation is now at a stalemate.
