A West Auckland family of five has spent the past six months living separately, two in a caravan, as they wait to find out what will become of their flood-damaged home. The family's house was badly damaged in the Auckland Anniversary floods and they would like to be paid out and move on. But like thousands of others they're playing a frustrating waiting game. Our producer Mahvash Ikram spoke to them.
