Kamo High School celebrates former student Hannah Wilkinson

The Football Ferns may have come back down to earth with a 1 nil loss to the Phillipines on Tuesday night, but all hope is not lost. A win against Switzerland on Sunday night, or MAYBE a draw, will see them through to the knockout phase of the Fifa Womens World Cup. They will be looking for a repeat of striker Hannah Wilkinson's stunner in the opening game against Norway. The goal has made Wilkinson a household name in New Zealand, creating a dream start to the tournament with a historic win.
