Commerce Minister on Grocery Commissioner appointment

This morning the government has announced a new Grocery Commissioner, to improve competition among supermarkets and grocery stores. Pierre van Heerden has been named as the new retail referee. He's got several tasks on his list - all aimed at getting customers a better deal at the checkout. Commerce and Consumer Affairs Minister Duncan Webb is here now with the details.
