Green's James Shaw angry about building codes for accommodation

Now we're going to hear from James Shaw - co-leader of the Green Party. First of all we just wanted to take a moment to reflect on the hostel tragedy in Wellington - in a small country everyone gets affected by something like this. Mr Shaw got pretty angry about this fire in Parliament yesterday.
