High school students supportive of teachers strike

Thousands of secondary school teachers go on strike around the country today demanding better pay and conditions. It's their second strike action in a month, as the Post Primary Teachers' Association seeks improvements to its members' collective agreement. Putting the debate about the need for industrial action to one side, it means another day away from class for students. And that's on top of two of the most disrupted school years in our history, owing to the Covid lockdowns. So what impact is all of this lost classroom time having on students? And what do they make of it? Reporter Leonard Powell went to find out.
