Coromandel roads make residents with health needs anxious

Coromandel residents are anxious that the state of the peninsula's roads means they'll have trouble getting the health treatment they need. Some locals are already reported to have moved from the Coromandel in order to be closer to hospitals. State Highway 25 remains down to one lane at Hikuai, and it's not known how long it will take to repair, while 25A is closed indefinitely. Our producer Matthew Theunissen drove around the peninsula to find out how residents have been impacted by the recent weather events and road closures.
