Greens concern on govt u-turn on roads after cyclone

The Prime Minister has promised that a change of focus on transport won't compromise action on climate change Thanks to Cyclone Gabrielle, emissions reduction will no longer be the top transport priority. Initially, the government wanted to invest nearly 2 billion dollars a year towards bus and bike lanes. But now the focus has switched to an emergency style plan to repair roads devastated in the recent storms. The Green Party has not welcomed the government's U-turn. Co-leader James Shaw spoke with Nathan Rarere.
