First Up with Epsom MP David Seymour surveying flood damage

An Auckland block of flats that was swamped by two and a half metres of water on Friday was flooded again yesterday, and the residents are at the end of their tether. And an elderly resident remains on the top storey of one of the units as she's too ill to be moved, whilst tenants wait for help to arrive. Matthew Theunissen visited the area yesterday with local MP David Seymour to guage the level of the damage and the response.
