AK Marathon: woman running her 200th marathon
14-thousand people from 30 countries are expected to take part in the Auckland Marathon this weekend, running 42.2 kilometres from Devonport, over the Harbour Bridge and to the city. It's the first marathon since Covid hit, with organisers saying it's the biggest mass-participation event in New Zealand since 2019. As well as gruelling, for many participants it's going poignant, too, as they run on behalf of a range of good causes. One of those runners is Aucklander Kiri Price.
