In just hours from now, the first cruise ship in two years will enter New Zealand waters. Waitemata Harbour, Britomart and Auckland's city centre are pulling all the stops to mark the arrival of P&O Cruises' Pacific Explorer, which is currently on a 12-night round-trip cruise to the Pacific. And one of those in the welcoming party is chief executive New Zealand Cruise Association Kevin O'Sullivan. He spoke with Nathan Rarere from downtown Auckland.
