Wellington signage ruling: No erection before election

Wellington mayoral candidate Paul Eagle has put his election billboards back up despite being told they breach electioneering rules. Mr Eagle insists he's entitled to get his name and face out to the Wellington public, even though there's still more than three months to go until polls close. And as complaints pile up, Wellington City Council admits there's little it can do because its own rules lack teeth. Rosie Gordon reports.
