NZ officially designates US extremists as terrorist groups

The far-right violent extremists known as The Proud Boys and The Base have been officially declared terrorist groups here in New Zealand. The groups - which are active in the United States - do not have branches here - but will now be banned from attempting to set any up. Our deputy political editor Craig McCulloch has more.
