LDR Whakatane:lead campaigner for Maori wards up for seat

It's Local Democracy Reporting time and this morning we're in Whakatane with Diane McCarthy. Diane has been reporting on the long-running campaign to establish Maori wards in the district, which has been led by a very determined local by the name of Toni Boynton, who's now standing in the upcoming local body elections. Nathan Rarere asked her why having Maori wards is so important.
