New Zealand Rugby will hold a special general meeting today to allow provincial unions to vote on the whether to proceed with a deal that will see the US equity firm Silver Lake take over a large chunk of its commercial operations. The 200 million dollar deal would create a new commercial entity that will cover NZR's commercial generating assets. Joining us to explain what's at stake is our reporter Joe Porter.
