Nelson's riverside library vulnerable to flooding

Nelson's council will re-evaluate its plans for a new 46-million dollar riverside library after it was found to be vulnerable to flooding. The library is set to be built alongside the Maitai River, but recent figures from the SeaRise Programme show the sea level in Nelson is rising faster than expected due to land subsidence.
