Universities' reaction to new Immigration announcement

A big test for International students looking to come into the country.. As part of yesterday's Immigation announcement the Government said only genuine students need apply - cracking down on those who use study as a back door to residency and low-wage work. Students won't be able to stay on longer than they study - and will have to have a bit more in their bank accounts. First Up producer Matthew Theunissen spoke with the chief executive of Universities New Zealand Chris Whelan and asked for his reaction.
