NZer misses by 2 hours having to not MIQ on travel back from OZ

A woman will have to go through managed isolation because she'll miss the deadline for quarantine-free travel with Australia by just two hours. Changes to the border rules mean vaccinated New Zealanders from Australia can travel here at the end of the month and bypass MIQ, instead doing 10 days' self isolation on return. By mid-March, the same will apply for Kiwis travelling from the rest of the world, and for critical workers and highly paid skilled workers. For Junie Woolford, the changes came all of two hours too late. She spoke to our producer Ellie Jay from the Gold Coast.
