Sian Davies representing NZ in Young Chef Olympiad online

The best young chefs from around the world are set to compete at the annual Young Chef Olympiad - which this year is being held on-line. Aotearoa is being represented by Sian Davies who is about to graduate with a Level 5 Diploma in Cookery from WelTec. Nathan Rarere asked Sian how she became a chef.
