Te Tai Tokerau border control prepared for level change

Back to Northland's Level 3 Covid lockdown now. With the region's vaccination rates still relatively low, Iwi leaders have been calling for Te Tai Tokerau to go to level 3 for the past few weeks after a handful of cases were detected. Two new mystery cases in the Far North tipped the balance yesterday, and the government ordered another lockdown.
