AK cafe owner: vaccine passports hard to police

Yesterday Cabinet agreed to the use of vaccines certificates in New Zealand, and they'll probably take the form of a QR code. At the moment they are being planned for use at high risk settings like large events and festivals but they are also being considered for hospitality venues.
