AK gradually makes it way out of Level 3 in stages

After seven long weeks being cooped up at home, Aucklanders are allowed to go and see their friends and families again from midnight tonight. Yes, although the city will remain at Alert Level 3, the restrictions have been eased to allow people to meet with up to 10 others ... but only outside, where Covid-19 has a far lower chance of spreading. The rest of the country remains at level 2 with the sweetener being that hospitality businesses will no longer have a cap of 100 people.
