Japan prepares to lift year long state of emergency

We begin this morning in Japan where they're preparing to end the state of emergency that has been in place for most of the year. The country saw a dramatic spike in Covid-19 numbers during the Olympic Games, but this has been followed by an encouraging decline in recent weeks. Ellie Jay asked our correspondent in Tokyo Chris Gilbert what the lifting of the state of emergency means for the country.
