Frustrations still surround MIQ lobby booking system

Tens of thousands of people logged in for the latest round of what's increasingly being referred to as "the MIQ lottery" last night to try and secure one of the 3,800 managed isolation spots that became available. It follows last week's MIQ grab where more than 30-thousand people vied for just 3000 spots. One man who's tried on both occasions is Mike Moore, who lives in Auckland. He's been desperate to get back to the UK to see family after the sudden death of his brother in May. Mike kindly agreed to get up early to tell us how it all went and he spoke with Ellie Jay.
