UK: driver shortages result in low fuel, panic buying of petrol

We begin in the UK which has been hit by fuel shortages and panic buying of petrol. The Government has now suspended competition laws to allow fuel companies to tackle shortages. Ellie Jay spoke to our correspondent in London Henry Riley.
