ABs quarantining in Australia good for Wallabies - Fitzsimons

From First Up, 5:42 am on 19 August 2021

The All Blacks' third Bledisloe Cup test against the Wallabies is in doubt after Western Australia closed its borders with New Zealand yesterday due to the outbreak. The team is due to depart for Perth on Sunday but with the borders closed, any travellers to the state will be required to do 14 days of managed isolation. The All Blacks players have an agreement with New Zealand Rugby that they will only go into MIQ once this year and that's likely to be used up when they get back from the end of year tour to the US and Europe. So can the final Bledisloe game go ahead? Nathan Rarere spoke with journalist, raconteur, former Wallaby, staunch republican and expert on pretty much everything ... Peter Fitzsimons.
