Grounded Kiwis bringing broken MIQ booking system to light

A group of Kiwis stranded overseas say the MIQ booking system is dysfunctional and are urging the government to fix it. Grounded Kiwis, which is made up of some 2000 people, has sent an open letter to the Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, laying out problems with the emergency allocation system. Spokesperson for the group Sam Drew told our reporter Ella Stewart what needs to change.
