It's the time of the week where we take a look round New Zealand's small businesses, this week we're talking to Mare Van der Berg. Her business 'Flour and Dough' make all kinds of baking Pre-mixes for Bread and a Sweet Treats range, she's also just started a beer bread - where you can just add beer or cider to a pre-mix, stir and bake.
