Surf life saving, dental technician Caitlin Regal wins Gold

A little over an hour after Lisa Carrington blitzed the field to take Gold in the women's K1 200m final, she hopped in the boat with team-mate Caitlin Regal and did it all again. New Zealand's golden girls looked absolutely unstoppable as they took out the K2 500m final, giving Regal her first Olympic medal and Carrington an astonishing fifth. Today, the two world champions go head-to-head in the individual 500m sprint heats, with the finals tomorrow, when Carrington could have the chance to become New Zealand's most medalled Olympian of all time. And as the country swoons over Carrington's incredible success, they're also learning the name and remarkable talent of her gold medal-winning team mate Caitlin Regal, as Ella Stewart reports.
