It has Labour down 9.7 points to 43 per cent while the National Party is up 1.7 points to 28.7 per cent. ACT scored its highest ever rating in the poll and leader David Seymour is now ahead of National's Judith Collins in the preferred prime minister stakes. Nathan Rarere asked Judith Collins' deputy, Dr Shane Reti, why David Seymour seems to be more popular than his party's leader.
