LDR Taranaki: testing of wastewater in search of Covid-19

Community pressure has pushed health authorities to extend Covid wastewater testing across Taranaki. Testing of sewerage in New Plymouth last week found traces of Covid-19, sparking a hunt for a possible outbreak. But the wider Taranaki region was left in the dark about the status of wastewater beyond New Plymouth. Nathan Rarere spoke with LDR reporter Craig Ashworth who's been covering the scare.
