New Zealanders in NSW have until Friday to get home

New Zealanders have until Friday to return from Australia on a managed flight home. Returnees will not have to quarantine, other than those coming from NSW who must enter MIQ, while travellers from Victoria need to isolate at home and return a negative day 3 test. It's sparked a scamble for tickets among the 20,000 or so Kiwis still in NSW where Covid-19 cases continue to rise daily.
