Tropical storm could threaten the recovery of Miami building

A tropical storm in the Carribean could threaten the recovery operation still underway at the site of a collapsed Miami building. Twenty-four people are confirmed to have died in the collapse of the Champlain Towers and 121 remain unaccounted for. As search and rescue crews continue the grim task of searching through the rubble, the National Hurricane Centre has warned that Hurricane Elsa is on the way ...
