Samoa looking likely to have new female prime minister

Samoa's Supreme Court has thrown out the Head of State's decision to call for a second election to break the political deadlock from April's election Yesterday, the court found that he had no constitutional power to call for the election, which cleared the path for the newcomer FAST party to form a government.
