France threatens to cut electricity supply to Jersey

We start in Europe this morning where France is threatening to cut off electricity to Jersey in the Channel Islands over a fishing dispute. And while that diplomatic row is escalating, another on the border of Belgium and France, caused by a farmer moving a stone, looks set to be resolved peacefully. Europe correspondent Catherine Walbridge is in Vienna.
