Local search & rescue volunteer thrilled 3yo Axel found alive

A three year old boy who went missing was found alive just 3.5 kilometres away from his family home in Tologa Bay yesterday morning. Hundred of locals searched through the night and at 10.45am Axel Hamblyn was found alive. The toddler - dressed only in a t-shirt, nappy and gumboots - was happy to see his parents but very hungry. Ella Stewart spoke with local search and rescue volunteer Gareth Hailey who was there when the good news broke.
