Sol3 Mio's Pene Pati gets vaccine, encourages others to do same

As a second wave of Covid-19 takes hold in many countries around the world, Sol3 Mio singer Pene Pati got jabbed in front of the cameras yesterday in a bid to encourage South Aucklanders to get vaccinated. Pene joined a group of South Auckland church leaders at an Otara vaccination centre - getting his second dose of the vaccine ahead of a trip to the United States tomorrow. Pene, whose family hails from Samoa, told media that he hopes being fully vaccinated will mean others are protected.
