It's almost Cook Island bubble o'clock.. After an unprecedented 14 months, New Zealanders will finally be able to travel to Rarotonga without having to quarantine from May 17. Air New Zealand will fly there two or three times a week but increasing frequency in time for the July school holidays. And Australians heading to the Cook Islands will need to spend at least 14 days in New Zealand first. Joining Nathan Rarere from Rarotonga is the President of the Cook Islands Tourism Industry Council Liana Scott.
