Austria planning to reopen next month after November lockdown

To Europe now, where it's hoped the last chapter of the years-long Brexit saga is finally at an end. The European Parliament announced today it has voted to back the trade deal although tensions remain over fishing and Northern Ireland. Our Europe correspondent Catherine Walbridge is in Vienna.
