Masterton locals fight for farm equipment return to Park

A Masterton community group has won a reprieve for two pieces of farming equipment that had been set for the scrap heap after being seized by the council in a "dawn raid" because they were deemed a safety risk. The bulldozer and tractor have been fixtures of Queen Elizabeth Park for some 60 years, and have been climbed on by generations of Masterton's children. Our producer Matthew Theunissen spoke with Graham Dick from Friends of the Park, which has been fighting to save the trucks.
