New MPs: National Party's Penny Simmonds, Invercargill

Last election saw a record number of new MPs finding their way into Parliament. Not a heck of a lot of them were flying blue banners, but there were a few, one of them being Invercargill MP and former boss of the Southland Institute of Technology Penny Simmonds. Nathan Rarere asked her about being a proud Southlander born and bred.
