Domestic passengers less compliant than international: air crew

Air New Zealand flight crews are getting more hassles from people being asked to wear masks on domestic flights than they are on international services. That's according to the airline's general manager of cabin crew, Leanne Langridge, who says staff are going above and beyond their job descriptions to keep their passengers, their colleagues and the country safe. The protocols for air crews going in and out of New Zealand are under the spotlight at the moment after a flight attendant tested positive for Covid-19 last week. Nathan Rarere asked Leanne Langridge, what air crew have to do once they touch down in New Zealand.
