Businesses in Auckland on the edge after 3 days at Level 3

The Finance Minister Grant Robertson has said that the Government will set up a new Resurgence Support Payment for businesses affected by any resurgence of COVID-19. They say businesses that can show a revenue drop of 30 per cent or more over a week will be eligible for support payments, that's down from the 14 day period it was previously. Today is the third day of level 3 lockdown for Auckland and of Alert level 2 for the rest of the country and many businesses have had to temporarily close their doors or open contactlessly this week.
