Helen Clark:Despite record Suu Kyi should be released

The government of Myanmar was this week over-thrown by the military, bringing to an end a ten year experiment with democracy. Political leader Aung San Suu Kyi has once again been placed under arrest and the military - led by General Min Aung Hlaing - is now in control of the country. The coup comes only months after Suu Kyi's party - the NLD - won a significant majority in a general election. Nathan Rarere asked former head of the UNDP and former Prime Minister Helen Clark, for her reaction to what's happening in Myanmar.
